About Us

We are a small meat processing and meat sales company serving Haida Gwaii and Northern British Columbia. 

The company is owned and operated by Jim and Dawn Roberts along with their partner, Brock Storry. Between them there are many years of experience in the meat industry, catering, and food service. 

Sausage Making:

We use only the freshest ingredients and inspected meats when preparing our products. Our meats are top quality... we use loins, shoulders, and chuck to produce a top notch sausage. And NO MSG! We believe in using the least amount of preservatives as is possible, and, when preparing a smoked, cured product, use the minimum of cure acceptable. This, along with local Alder shavings used for smoke, make our sausages a step above the rest!

SOON TO BE ALLERGEN FREE! We are working on our formulations to proudly declare our products allergen free.
